Service Head

Job Description

Service Operations: Oversee electronic service operations, technician deployment, scheduling, and timely service delivery as per SLAs.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the service team, ensuring performance, accountability, and capability development.
Customer Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolve service issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Business Development: Support service-related business growth through customer engagement, commercial opportunities, and strong supplier/customer networks.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement SOPs and improve service processes for better efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
Service Contracts & Costs: Manage AMC/service contracts, warranties, resources, and departmental costs effectively.
Technical & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and customers for troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and service requirements.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards and monitor key service performance metrics.

Qualification: Diploma /Degree in Electronics,
Experience: 15 20 years in sales/ Business Development with at least 5-10 years in leadership role
Should have team handling experience
Should have Marine Industry Exposure
Fluency in English is MUST
