Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide after-sales service support to customers for construction equipment such as excavators, earth moving machines, hydraulic systems, and heavy machinery.
Conduct breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting on site to resolve issues with customer equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field (aftermarket service).
Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of construction equipment brands like JCB, Amc, AMC, Caterpillar etc., as well as hydraulics and heavy machinery operation/maintenance principles.
