Job Description
- Should have sound technical knowledge of Battery operated Trucks with controllers.
- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machinery
- Perform hands-on, on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Provide technical support to external customers at their location
- Provide on-site training to the customers
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
- Converting customers from warranty to AMC and retain them
Selling spares to customers not in contract - Repair and service jobs for the customers not in contact
- Creating value added solutions for old systems by way revamp and retrofit
- Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer
- Desired skills
- Candidate must have 2 yrs. of experience in the similar industry
- Must be able to interpret customers descriptions of their problems and solve them
- Requires good diagnostic skills
- Require excellent customer service skills to deal with any customer concerns or complaints
- Must be comfortable with traveling
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
