Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Travel on a daily basis in the allocated territory to fulfill service requirements.
Deal with new machine installations at customers premises.
Conduct warranty machine maintenance according to company guidelines.
Respond to breakdown calls on a timely basis to reduce downtime.
Assist sales through selling the Annual Service Contract (ASC) to customers.
Offer pre sales technical assistance to the salespeople.

Desired candidate profile

Should have a minimum of 6 months experience in servicing electronic equipment.
Fresher with no experience can also be considered.
Good communication and customer handling skills.

Other requirements

Must be conversant with local language and English.
Mandatory: Two wheeler and Driving License.
