- Service Engineer (2 positions)
Location: Vasai
Budget- 5.5 LPA

Role Summary
The Service Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality service as per QMS guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve service targets, and support customers and engineers in handling critical complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform calibration, refilling, HPT, inspection, commissioning, and testing of devices
- Handle Portables, FGDS, and SRPS service jobs
- Update work details daily in CRM and maintain service documentation and certificates
- Provide product quality feedback and support sales activities (demos, exhibitions, workshops)
- Handle service administration and follow-up on receivables
- Support service sales, including spare parts sales as per targets
Skills & Experience
- Computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Strong service orientation and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in fire & gas detection field
- Technical Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical or related field
- 23 years of relevant service experience
