Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, market mapping, and customer engagement.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable packaging and automation solutions.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals with clear value and ROI justification.
Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and order intake goals.
Coordinate with application, service, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, and forecasting.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
