Job Description
- Looking after sales installation and customer support.
- Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose and perform repair and preventative maintenance.
- Attending Equipment demos.
- Break Downs/Troubleshooting, to ensure proper condition and operation of the equipment.
- Service contract and spare business in the assigned territory.
- Timely Reporting to HQ, Handling & maintaining Inventories of Spares.
- Pathological lab instruments servicing viz Blood cell counter, Bio chem analyzer etc.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E. Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication.
Desired Requirement & Skills:
- Candidate must have experience in IVD/Biomedical or Medical Equipment
- Candidate must have excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
- Candidate should be able to look at every aspect of the service business qualitatively an undertake root cause eliminations/corrections.
- Build, manage & hold customer relationships at all levels.
- Candidate must have excellent technical knowledge.
