Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and server-rendered web applications using Next.js, leveraging features such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), routing, and API routes.
• Architect reusable, modular, and maintainable front-end components following industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and optimize data flow between frontend and backend systems.
• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, caching, and other performance optimization techniques.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Stay up to date with modern web development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
  

Skills & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in modern web application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Extensive experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, middleware, API routes, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, functional components, and custom hooks.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Material-UI (MUI), Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar.
• Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and package managers like npm or Yarn.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and implementing authentication using JWT or OAuth.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
