Roles & Responsibility

Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
Develop technical presentations, solution blueprints, and API documentation.
Maintain consistency in documentation standards and adhere to established style guides.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
Utilize documentation platforms such as Confluence , SharePoint, and Box for content management and collaboration.
