Job Description

Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan on modern marine diesel and dual-fuel engines.
Perform overhauls and repairs on 4-stroke medium-speed engines.
Interact professionally with customers during the work execution.
Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work, in conjunction with the Field Service Superintendent.
Create the Service Work Reports.
On smaller to medium-sized projects, you will provide technical guidance to both Service Engineers and Customers on how to properly use products or systems under their care and respond appropriately to customer inquiries or complaints by providing clear explanations, reassurance, or resolution options as needed.
Ensure that the work is executed according to W rtsil QEHS guidelines and site procedures.
Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to customers and/or internal stakeholders.
Continuously seek solutions according to best practices.

Diploma /BE- Mechanical with minimum 5 years of experience. Experience in repair & maintenance of 4-stroke engines Handson experience of working on Marine installations Willingness to travel extensively throughout the year
