Kinematics Machines Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer VMC Machines to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving machine sales through lead generation, customer engagement, machine demonstrations, and successful order closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads for VMC machine sales
- Conduct machine demonstrations at customer sites and showrooms
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machining solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and order execution
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales of CNC/VMC or industrial machinery
- Strong technical understanding of CNC/VMC machines and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Result-oriented with strong closing ability
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
