Job Description

We re seeking a seasoned RF Signal Processing Engineer with a strong foundation in both RF and baseband algorithm development. This role requires technical depth, leadership capability, and a strategic mindset to guide a small team in developing cutting-edge, military-grade systems.

Lead the design and implementation of RF and baseband signal processing algorithms, such as (list is not exhaustive)
Beamforming and beam nulling algorithms for phased array antennas.
Radar signal processing.
Radar warning receiver algorithms.
RF-based UAV detection algorithms.
Direction finding and RF emitter localization algorithms.
Oversee development in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or other suitable platforms.
Collaborate with hardware and FPGA teams to ensure seamless integration.
Mentor junior engineers and drive iterative design refinement.
Contribute to system-level architecture and performance analysis.

data-qualification

Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Prior experience with radar warning receivers or electronic support measures (ESM).
Experience with direction-finding algorithms (e.g., AoA, TDOA).
Knowledge of RF signature analysis and classification techniques.
Familiarity with military standards and compliance protocols.
Strong understanding of DSP fundamentals, modulation/demodulation, filtering, and spectral analysis.
Hands-on experience with radar systems, EW receivers, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python, etc.
Familiarity with implementation on embedded platforms or FPGAs.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Prior work on radar warning receivers or electronic support measures (ESM).
Experience with direction finding algorithms (e.g., AoA, TDOA).
