Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing and a strong command of communication skills, grammar, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive manual testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and validate features.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
Ensure proper documentation of test results and provide clear feedback for continuous improvement.
Continuously refine testing strategies to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing with a solid understanding of QA methodologies.
Strong proficiency in writing test cases, test scripts, and bug reports.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on grammar and documentation clarity.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Experience in API testing and automation (added advantage).
