Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior QA Analyst to support backend QA activities, test planning, UAT coordination, regression testing, and release management across enterprise technology solutions. The role involves close collaboration with Operations, IT, Development, and Business teams to ensure high-quality delivery and smooth execution of backend QA processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend testing, QA coordination, defect management, stakeholder communication, and test execution management within fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce, maintain, and manage backend data to support QA and project activities
• Coordinate backend testing activities and end-user testing (UAT) processes
• Support release activities across non-production environments
• Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, and Business teams for new client setup and QA support
• Take ownership of day-to-day backend QA planning and execution
• Prepare and maintain QA reports, dashboards, metrics, and progress tracking
• Lead defect discussions, track issues, and ensure timely resolution of blockers
• Coordinate testing resources to maximize planning and execution efficiency
• Review test planning quality and support continuous QA improvements
• Manage regression suite updates and regression testing activities
• Support training, demos, onboarding sessions, and documentation activities for internal teams and clients
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through regular reporting and status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in QA Analysis / Software Testing
• Strong experience in Backend Testing, UAT Coordination, and Regression Testing
• Experience in QA planning, defect tracking, release management, and QA reporting
• Good understanding of QA processes, test execution, and quality metrics
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for test management and defect tracking
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience working closely with Operations, Development, and IT teams
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting multiple QA activities in Agile or fast-paced environments

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Automation Testing and regression suite automation
• Knowledge of QA dashboards and reporting metrics
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Basic understanding of backend data validation and system workflows
