About the Role

Shyro Health Private Limited is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Psychologist to lead and strengthen our Psychology function. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver high-quality, technology-enabled mental healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of psychologists and therapists.
Ensure clinical excellence and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
Conduct case reviews and provide guidance on complex clinical cases.
Drive quality governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Operations & Process Excellence

Develop and standardize clinical protocols, assessment frameworks, and therapy processes.
Monitor clinical outcomes and maintain high standards of care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care delivery.

Training & Development

Design and deliver training programs for psychologists and therapists.
Promote evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of the psychology team.

Strategy & Growth

Contribute to the expansion and enhancement of mental health programs and services.
Drive innovation in technology-enabled mental healthcare solutions.
Analyze service metrics and recommend improvements to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Work closely with leadership to scale the Psychology function and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field (M.Phil./Ph.D. preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical practice and psychological counseling.
Proven experience leading and managing teams.
Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and clinical governance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in digital health or technology-enabled mental healthcare will be an added advantage.
