Profile Job Description Job Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Chemical Engineering Experience 8- 10 years of experience in Chemical Process Design Preparation of BEPD FEED documents Equipment selection Process design for pilot or commercial scale plant based on laboratory or preparatory scale process Material and energy Balances Equipment and Utility sizing Preparation of PFD, PID, PDS, SOPs and Control Philosophy Preparation of list of equipment including plant/ utilities/ storage Equipment design requirements and specification BOM for entire plant including piping, cabling and structural. Interacting / coordinating with project department, detail engineering consultant Interacting / coordinating with equipment and instruments vendors and also with project implementation contractors/ EPC Contractor. Scheduling of preparation of all the engineering documents required for the process Monitoring the process engineering requirement of the project. Interact with EPC Contractor. Coordinate with all other internal departments like project, purchase, instrumentation etc. Timely execution of engineering documents as per the requirements of the projects. Assist in execution of projects within time schedule. Minimize customer complaints
