Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans using MS Project.
- Track project progress, identify delays and drive recovery plans.
- Establish project control systems for monitoring time, cost and performance.
- Prepare project MIS, management dashboards and progress reports.
- Develop project cash flow forecasts and monitor planned vs actual performance.
- Coordinate with Site, Procurement, Contracts, Billing and Finance teams for effective project delivery.
- Support management with project forecasting, resource planning and decision-making.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
- B.E. / B. Tech Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- NICMAR qualification preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning / Project Controls
- Experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial or Mixed-Use Building Projects preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Project (Mandatory)
- Primavera P6 knowledge preferred
- Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling and project controls
- Experience in cost monitoring, cash flow planning and MIS reporting
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
