We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning across diverse real estate typologies (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, and Retail). You will be responsible for end-to-end project scheduling, resource optimization, cash flow analysis, and driving technological innovations like 4D/5D digital twin modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Scheduling: Prepare comprehensive project schedules (using Primavera P6 / MS Project) covering the entire project scope within defined timelines.
• Resource Optimization: Calculate optimal material, manpower (various trades), and machinery requirements.
• Financial Controls: Create cash flow analysis (Expected Billing/Inflow vs. Expected Outflow) and monitor project financial health.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Collect periodic updates to prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
• Variance Analysis: Conduct schedule and cost variance analysis using the Earned Value Method (EVM) to identify and mitigate deviations.
• Strategic Frameworks: Create and implement strategic frameworks to ensure effective tracking across the entire project lifecycle.
• Operations Support: Evaluate system capacity, analyze engineering activities, and suggest corrective/mitigation measures for internal and external departments.
• Stakeholder Management: Prepare high-impact presentations for the Board and Business Partners.
• Digital Transformation: Update models and data in 3D, 4D, and 5D environments to facilitate real-time digital twin generation.
• Project Closure: Create Project Closing Reports and document key learnings for future projects.
