Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop innovative packaging solutions for new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch rigid and flexible packaging materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Manage projects from concept to production launch, including prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the development process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in Packaging Development or related field (Rigid Packaging & Flexible Packaging).
- Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) principles and processes.
- Proven track record of developing successful product launches in a fast-paced environment.
