Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for implementation of a key livelihood program for persons with disabilities in the West
Responsible for program outcomes, ensuring quality, continuous improvement and impact measurement
Monitor mobilization, training, placement and post placement of youth with disabilities as per project deliverables for Mumbai, Ahmednagar and Pune center.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Employers, Government Educational Institutions, NGO and other organizations working with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
Responsible for managing relationships with donors, ensuring achievement of outcomes
Implement robust data management systems to track progress and data flow from local teams into MIS
Organize events, Job Fairs, Volunteering opportunities for the program/ project

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields.
10 to 12 years of experience, managing large projects working with community and markets. Experience in livelihoods is mandatory
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale community-based programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel
