Position Summary
Seeking an experienced professional for escalation support, IT infrastructure planning, security reviews, change management, team training, server and virtualization management, and RCA approval for critical incidents, Key Responsibilities
Escalation support for complex problem resolution to L2 team, Should be conversant with IT Infrastructure planning and Security Review, complex change and configuration management, policy and standards definitions, team management, training etc
Typical Skill Set: Experience in handling of implementation & management of large size Server Management and Virtualization Management, Analyze and approve RCA for any critical incidents, Basic Qualifications
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech (CSE, ECE/IT) or MCA /MSc, (CS) with a science background, Total prior experience of 7+ Years in the area of Server and virtualization management services with a certification in Server management and Virtualization Management will be preferred, Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure planning, Change management, Server and virtualization management, ?
