Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage incident response and log analysis.

Participate in project implementation alongside Level 3 engineers.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex network issues.

Optimize network performance and ensure high availability.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Handle intermediate Routing and Switching tasks, including:

Configuring and managing dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP).

Implementing and troubleshooting VLANs and inter-VLAN routing.

Managing Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches.

Configuring and maintaining access control lists (ACLs).

Implementing Quality of Service (QoS) policies.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (BGP, OSPF,
MPLS).

Hands-on experience with Versa SD-WAN deployment and management.

Proficiency in Routing and Switching.

Proficiency in network security practices and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Hands-on experience with Versa Director, Versa Analytics, and SD-WAN
components such as CPEs, Gateways, and WAN optimization.

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Firewall, IPsec VPNs, SD-WAN
policies, and QOS.

Analyze network traffic reports, logs, and alerts to ensure optimal
operation of the SD-WAN infrastructure.

Perform firmware upgrades, and configuration changes as required.

Versa SD-WAN Certification is preferred.
