Key responsibilities:

1. Position is responsible for leading Sales & Operations Planning by bringing business insights to the discussion table and enabling decision making backed by data.


2. To Design, Measure and Effectively communicate all Supply Chain Metrics - Sufficiency (Service), Inventory DOH (Cash), Distribution/ Logistics Spend (Cost), SLOB, Operational Reliability.


3. Driving strategic projects in areas of Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics (Freight & loadability optimization).


4. Hands-on Experience of Implementation of Projects like Transportation Mgmt. System, Kinaxis etc.


5. Responsible for driving Segmentation Study, Yearly Budgeting, Cost to Serve Analysis, Inventory Optimization.

Drive Analytics agenda for Supply chain processes. Adoption of Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, R etc.

Travel Estimate

Up to 10 % will be travel time

Educational Qualification

Bachelors, Masters (preferred)

Experience

Tenure : 6-8 years
