Senior Manager Projects OOH Media

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Manager Projects to lead the end-to-end execution of OOH media projects across India. The role will be responsible for managing projects across airports, highways, metro corridors, urban infrastructure and premium outdoor locations, ensuring timely, safe, compliant and cost-effective execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in OOH project execution, large-format outdoor structures, fabrication, technical feasibility, vendor management and statutory compliance, preferably with exposure to airport and highway projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of OOH media projects across multiple cities and states.
• Manage projects across airports, highways, metro stations and premium outdoor locations.
• Conduct technical and structural feasibility assessments for OOH sites.
• Review designs, drawings, BOQs, installation methodologies and project schedules.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, civil/electrical teams and safety professionals.
• Manage coordination with AAI, private airport operators, NHAI, municipal corporations and other authorities.
• Ensure statutory approvals, work permits, access permissions, insurance and compliance documentation.
• Identify, onboard and manage fabrication, installation and maintenance vendors across India.
• Manage project costs, budgets, timelines, quality and vendor performance.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to structural, electrical, fire and safety standards.
• Resolve on-ground execution challenges and drive timely corrective actions.
• Maintain project trackers, MIS, dashboards, drawings, approvals and compliance records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Servicing, Operations and other central functions.
• Provide technical feasibility and execution inputs to business teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Civil Engineering candidates may be considered with strong OOH execution experience.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in OOH project execution, outdoor infrastructure or similar project environments.
• Strong exposure to airport media, highway media, metro projects and large-format outdoor structures.
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple cities.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, structural requirements, installation methods and site execution.
• Experience dealing with authorities and compliance-driven environments is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, costing and project execution.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India is essential.
