  • Role Overview
  • We are hiring a Senior Manager – Outreach & Admissions (Individual Contributor Role) for a leading private university in Mumbai.
  • This role is focused on end-to-end student acquisition, including lead generation, school outreach, student counselling, and conversion into undergraduate program admissions.
  • This is a high ownership, field-intensive role, not a team management position.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Conduct school outreach activities across Mumbai (schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes)
  • - Plan and execute seminars, workshops, webinars, and career counselling sessions
  • - Generate high-quality student leads and manage the complete admissions funnel
  • - Drive lead-to-admission conversion for undergraduate programs
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, and educational partners
  • - Represent the university at education fairs, exhibitions, and events
  • - Conduct student counselling sessions, campus tours, and admission guidance
  • - Track and manage leads using CRM tools and reporting systems
  • - Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
  • Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • - Minimum 5+ years of experience in admissions / outreach / student recruitment
  • - Strong experience in offline outreach (school visits, seminars, events)
  • - Proven track record of lead generation and admission conversions
  • - Existing network with schools / junior colleges in Mumbai
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and counselling skills
  • - Must be comfortable with extensive field travel across Mumbai
  • - Experience in university / higher education / offline education ecosystem preferred
  • Preferred Background

  • - Exposure to undergraduate program admissions
  • - Experience handling end-to-end admission lifecycle
