Senior Manager-Litigation- 15+ years-Mumbai

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager – Legal to drive regulatory compliance, litigation strategy and legal governance across one of the fastest-growing consumer businesses in the country. Responsibilities

1. Lead strategic litigation management and ensure timely legal actions and representation
2. Maintain a comprehensive litigation database with quarterly business reporting
3. End-to-end compliance of licenses & regulatory requirements across all units
4. Ensure product label and promotional material compliance (FSSA, Legal Metrology, IPR)
5. Conduct legal due diligence for new projects and plant expansions and liaise with authorities for statutory permissions, subsidies & government approvals
6. Property due diligence and documentation for land/industrial transactions
7. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders ensuring timely legal guidance

Requirements

1. LLB / LLM qualification
2. 15+ years experience in legal functions within F&B / FMCG / Pharma setups
3. Strong knowledge of FSSA, Legal Metrology & industry regulatory landscape
4. Excellent communication & negotiation capabilities
5. Ability to lead decisions, resolve conflicts and influence outcomes at leadership level
