We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end IT recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and coordinate effectively with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong and active pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Handle candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other relevant aspects with candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hiring.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate records.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters/freshers when required.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, preferably from a staffing/recruitment consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling candidates and client/hiring manager interactions.
• Good understanding of salary negotiation and candidate closure.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
