Job Description

Job Summary

End User Support - Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and other IT peripherals. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email-related issues. - Configure and support Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 applications, and remote access solutions. - Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and documentation. - Provide remote and on-site support to users while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Data Center Support

Data Center Support - Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, UPS systems, and network equipment.
Data Center Support - Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance of servers and IT infrastructure.
Data Center Support - Coordinate server installation, rack management, structured cabling, and hardware replacement.
Data Center Support - Coordinate with vendors for server, storage, and hardware support.

Network Administration

Network Administration - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Network Administration - Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for broadband, leased line, MPLS, and circuit-related issues.

Vendor Asset Management

Vendor Asset Management - Coordinate with hardware vendors, ISPs, software providers, and OEM support teams.
Vendor Asset Management - Maintain IT asset inventory and procurement records.
