Role & responsibilities

Job Profile:

Heading HVAC department & managing Inter-departmental design co-ordination for pharmaceutical plants.

Responsibilities:

Review of HVAC concept note & basic engineering project documents including area classification, pressure zoning and AHU Zoning layout
Reviewing HVAC calculations & budgetary cost Estimate for HVAC works.
Co-ordination with inter departments like HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical on scope limits & design.
Techno commercial meetings with bidders to clarify for HVAC BOQ.
Preparation of techno commercial statement and recommendation.
Execution of pharma projects from conceptualization to installation and commissioning. Familiarity with international best practice standards and regulation like FDA, cGMP is must.
Ensuring project execution as per schedule

Experience of doing pharmaceutical projects is must. consultancy background preferred.
