Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level roles, partner closely with department heads, and build robust talent pipelines. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in passive sourcing, stakeholder management, data-driven recruiting, and employer branding to help scale our organization with high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, define exact job requirements, and establish structured evaluation frameworks.

• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract passive, top-tier talent.

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the complete hiring lifecycle including screening resumes, executing initial deep-dive interviews, managing assessments, and coordinating scheduling.

• Offer & Negotiation: Administer the complete offer procedure, executing salary benchmarks and complex compensation negotiations while aligning with internal budgets.

• Pipeline Building: Proactively build and nurture long-term, diverse talent pipelines for future business expansions and critical talent gaps.

• Data & Analytics: Track and analyze critical hiring metrics like time-to-hire, cost-of-hire, and quality-of-hire to actively optimize recruitment efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, with at least 2 years in a dedicated Senior TA role.

• ATS Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo) and HR databases.

• Sourcing Mastery: Proven expertise using advanced Boolean search queries, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative outbound sourcing techniques.

• Interpersonal Power: Outstanding communication, presentation, stakeholder handling, and high-stakes negotiation skills.
