Location: Maharashtra (Extensive Travel Required)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Field Manager. The role involves supporting and executing on-ground political operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation of strategies across various locations

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and execution of field operations and political campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams, local representatives, and stakeholders
Monitor field activities and ensure timely reporting
Collect and manage on-ground data and insights
Ensure effective execution of assigned tasks within deadlines
Travel across Maharashtra for operational requirements

Key Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident presentation and professional demeanor
Good understanding of political landscape and current affairs
Fluency in Marathi with effective verbal communication
Flexible approach with willingness for extensive travel
Proactive attitude with adaptability to dynamic environments
