- Manage end-to-end HR operations

- Onboarding, Induction, HRIS, Attendance, letters, employee queries and basic compliance.

- Ensure accurate records, smooth day-to-day HR support

- Employee Engagement

- Assist HR Head in scaling up HR Systems

Required Candidate profile

- Experienced HR Ops professional

- Exposure to onboarding, HRIS, attendance mgmt, documentation, employee support.

- Detail-oriented, process-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
