Job Description

To achieve Debt Management Services targets of the Respective Branch assigned, ensuring meeting PI Targets Continuously monitoring Debt Management Services agencies and Inhouse collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection rates Case to Case trackingResolution at per AOP with in agreed timelinesPortfolio ManagementDebt Collection StrategyTarget AchievementRegulatory ComplianceReporting and AnalysisRisk ManagementTeam LeadershipVendor ManagementCo-ordinating with internal and external clients Required Qualifications and Experience Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection rate
