Job Description
Responsible for theend-to-end management of Group MFI claims. Role involves verifying eligibility,validating documentation, assessing policy coverage, and ensuring fair, timely,and compliant settlement of claims & deliver consistent customer and partnersatisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Claim processing & adjudicating Group MFI claims: Register, evaluate, document verification and process claims to determine validity based on policy terms and conditions
- Stakeholder Communication: Co-ordination with sales & Master Policy Holder (MPH) regarding claim status, requirements, or decisions
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all claims processes adhere to company policies, guidelines, and IRDAI regulations
- Handle high-volumes, quick-turnaround with focus on accuracy and TAT adherence
- MIS Management preparing & sharing MIS to MPH, dashboard for monitoring & tracking
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze information, pay attention to detail, identifying & highlighting emerging fraud trends
KeyInternal customers : Sales, MPH, Customer Service,Finance, IT, Legal & Compliance
Qualifications &Competencies:
AnyGraduate/ Post-Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in claims processing,preferably MFI
Licentiate/Associate/Fellowfrom Insurance Institute of India will be preferred
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsto interact with MPH & sales
Understandingof Group Insurance & MFI claim processes
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume & adapt to adynamic environment
