Senior executive/ Assistant manager- Talent Acquisition

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments
Source potential candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and team needs
Draft and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities
Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 - 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc.)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize tasks
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
