Job Description

Engineering Procurement Source and procure mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility equipment; handle MRO items, spare parts, consumables, and capex purchases.
Vendor Management Negotiation Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and warranties, and develop long-term vendor relationships with alternate sourcing strategies.
Documentation Compliance Prepare/manage POs, technical specifications, and schedules; ensure compliance with statutory norms (GST, MSME, etc.); maintain audit/ISO records.
Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Maintenance, Projects, Stores, and Finance; participate in technical evaluations and vendor audits; support projects with timely procurement.
Inventory Cost Control Monitor stock levels, implement cost-saving initiatives, optimize procurement budgets, and track market trends.
