Job Description

Role & responsibilities Preparation of client RA bills and subcontractor bills as per contractual terms. Reconciliation of quantities with execution teams and contractors. Monitoring and certifying progress for billing purposes. BOQ analysis, rate verification, and variation analysis. Supporting audits and providing billing documentation as required. Coordination with site, planning, and commercial teams for accurate billing inputs. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent). Strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings and project workflows. Understanding of metro/infrastructure contracts (EPC/DBFOT). Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Preferred candidate profile Certification in Primavera P6 or MS Project. Post-Graduation/Diploma in Project Planning or Construction Management (preferred)
