Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & Warehouse Systems to support the design and engineering of warehouse infrastructure, material handling systems, and automation solutions for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and engineer Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, stackers, dock levelers, lifts, hoists, and cranes (EOT, Goliath, Jib, etc.).
Develop and review warehouse layouts, racking layouts, man-material movement studies, inventory planning, and traffic analysis.
Design conventional, non-conventional, and automated racking systems.
Prepare engineering deliverables such as Design Basis, MDS, MR, TBA, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with vendors and review vendor drawings and documents.
Support selection and engineering of conveying, palletizing, bagging, and automation/robotics systems.
Perform basic structural checks related to racking and equipment loads.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with IS, ISO, EN, NFPA, NBC, and applicable safety standards.

Requirements

8–13 years of experience in Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse System Engineering.
Experience in warehouse planning, racking design, crane engineering, and MHE selection.
Exposure to warehouse automation, conveyors, palletizing systems, and robotics solutions.
Strong knowledge of industrial warehouse design and material flow analysis.
Experience in vendor engineering and technical reviews.
Good communication and coordination skills.
