Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Profile to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The role involves handling product listings, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and company website
• Ensure accurate and optimized product content including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to boost sales
• Handle daily operations including order processing, returns management, and customer queries
• Optimize product visibility using SEO strategies and keyword optimization
• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage paid campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads)
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
• Maintain account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related discipline)
• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or marketplace management
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
