We are looking for a Senior DevOps CI/CD Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience to lead our efforts in building and maintaining highly automated, scalable, and secure software delivery pipelines in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of DevOps principles, cloud infrastructure, Azure Databricks and a passion for continuous improvement. Hands-on experience with Databricks tools such as Workflows, Repos, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.

• Location - Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)
• Work Type - Work from Office( 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines using tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate software releases while minimizing manual intervention.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or Azure Biceps. Ensure all infrastructure is version-controlled and reproducible across environments.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Architect and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them at scale with Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Work proficiently with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, or GCP), managing services related to compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitoring & Logging: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Security & Compliance (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline, automating vulnerability scans and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture. Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Lead incident response and conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Required Qualifications :

Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role, with a strong focus on CI/CD.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines OnPrem/Cloud
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Expertise in Azure databricks and ETL.
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
