Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Manufacturing, you will play a key role in delivering cloud-based ERP transformation projects for manufacturing clients
You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and advisory of core manufacturing processes (like production planning, execution, and inventory management) in the S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP Cloud ERP) environment

Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects in the Manufacturing domain
Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and design cloud-compliant manufacturing processes
Configure and implement standard manufacturing scope items like:
o Make-to-Stock / Make-to-Order (BJH / BJE)
o Production Order Processing
o Demand-Driven Replenishment
o Kanban
o Capacity Planning
Integrate manufacturing with other modules: Inventory (IM), Quality (QM), Procurement, Sales
Work with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard approach for S/4HANA Public Cloud
Perform testing (SIT/UAT), prepare training materials, and support end-user training
Collaborate with developers for extensions via Key User Extensibility and BTP Side-by-Side
Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit
Ensure compliance with public cloud constraints, such as restricted customization and extensibility boundaries
Provide expert consulting during cutover and hypercare periods
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Required Skills & Experience:
Functional Skills:
Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and production processes
6 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 2+ years on S/4HANA Public Cloud
Hands-on experience with Public Cloud scope items for manufacturing
Deep understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
Familiarity with Public Cloud extensibility framework, Fiori apps, and in-app configuration
Technical Awareness:
Awareness of SAP BTP, iRPA, and Analytics Cloud is a plus
Basic knowledge of APIs, integration tools, and Fiori app usage for business users
Certifications:
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification (Manufacturing) preferred
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team player with mentoring capabilities
Additional Details:
Willingness to travel (if project requires)
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Experience in discrete or process manufacturing industries is advantageous
