Job Description
Elca Laboratories is looking for Senior Chemist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Develop and test chemical formulations for new and existing products
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product requirements and develop chemical solutions that meet the needs of the organization
- Ensure that chemical formulations meet the required specifications and are produced at a high quality level
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex chemical problems
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of chemical formulations and testing procedures
- Strong understanding of chemical principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience working in a laboratory environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
