Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market.
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve end-to-end sales targets, focusing on IT solutions and SaaS products.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, relationship building, and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales enablement materials and training programs.
SaaS Product Sales (Core Requirement)
- Drive end-to-end sales of SaaS products in the US market
- Handle B2B sales cycles (lead generation to closure)
- Conduct product demos and presentations to US clients
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and deal closures
Team Handling
- Lead and manage a team of US sales executives
- Set targets and monitor performance
- Provide coaching and mentorship to improve team results
Call Auditing & Quality
- Audit sales calls for:
- Provide feedback and training to improve conversion rates
Individual Contributor Role
- Handle key accounts and high-value deals
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Support team in closing complex deals
Sales Strategy
- Develop strategies for SaaS product positioning in US market
- Analyze competitor SaaS products and pricing
- Optimize conversion funnels
Reporting
- Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics
- Maintain CRM updates and sales dashboards

Job Requirements :

5-17 years of experience in software sales, solution sales, or IT solution sales.
Proven track record of success in generating leads and driving revenue growth in the US market.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
