Broad Objective of the Role: Dealership Management, OEM Sales

Job Locations:

Goa, Ghatkopar, Chhatrapati Shambhajinagar, Dadar

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in OEM sales, dealer management, and network development.
Manage key accounts with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to increase market share and revenue.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with OEMs to expand product offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Provide training and support to dealers on products, services, and sales techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of OEM sales principles and practices.
2-9 years of experience in channel sales, dealer handling, or related field.
Excellent communication skills for effective dealer management and relationship-building.
Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in sales performance.
