Job Description
Deliver world-class facial and body rituals. You should be an expert in skin analysis, machine-based treatments (HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion), and holistic massage therapies.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth skin analysis and prescribe personalized treatment plans.
- Perform advanced facials, peels, and anti-aging treatments.
- Deliver body therapies: Wraps, scrubs, and Swedish/Deep Tissue massages.
- Manage treatment room hygiene and inventory of professional products.
- Upsell treatment packages and home-care regimens.
- CIDESCO or CIBTAC certification preferred.
- Deep knowledge of skin anatomy and cosmetic chemistry.
- Experience with luxury skincare brands (Skeyndor, Thalgo, etc.).
- Soft hands and a calming presence.
- Service incentives on high-value treatments.
- Complimentary salon services for self-grooming.
- Annual performance bonuses.
