Job Description
We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout with exposure to Internal Audit during articleship or job experience. The candidate will assist in executing internal audit assignments with focus on P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes, internal controls testing, and compliance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting internal audit assignments as per audit plan.
- Perform process walkthroughs and document SOPs.
- Test internal financial controls (IFC) and identify control gaps.
- Review P2P cycle including vendor master, purchase process, invoice verification, and payment controls.
- Review O2C cycle including order processing, billing, credit control, and receivables ageing.
- Prepare audit working papers and draft audit observations.
- Follow up on closure of audit findings.
- Support senior team members in risk assessment and compliance reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA Inter cleared / Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout.
- 03 years of experience in Internal Audit (Articleship experience acceptable).
- Basic understanding of accounting and internal control concepts.
- Exposure to ERP systems like SAP / Oracle / Tally preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
