Located inside Mumbai's Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.

We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as a Security and Safety Manager

Role Purpose:
To lead and strengthen campus security operations while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous enhancement of the campus environment, including both functional and aesthetic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head overall security operations and ensure a safe campus environment.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Monitor surveillance systems, access control, and incident management.
• Maintain detailed security records, reports, and documentation.
• Supervise security personnel, manage rosters, and ensure discipline.
• Handle emergencies and implement crisis management protocols.
• Manage and track departmental budgets and financial records.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive campus improvement initiatives, including modifications to the surroundings to enhance safety, functionality, and visual appeal.
• Suggest and implement changes related to layout, movement flow, and overall campus aesthetics in coordination with management.
• Collaborate with other departments for infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement.
