Job Description
We are looking for Security Supervisor for our site at Malad and Thane location, preferably an Ex-Army or Ex-Serviceman, to oversee the security operations of our real estate property. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of residents, employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining high standards of discipline and emergency preparedness.
- Focus:
Managing security operations, overseeing personnel, and ensuring compliance.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervising security personnel and delegating tasks.
- Overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing security plans and procedures.
- Training and mentoring security personnel.
- Monitoring performance of security personnel.
- Handling emergency situations and responding to incidents.
- Ensuring the safety and security of people and assets.
