Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Security Operations
- Monitor and patrol company premises to ensure safety and security.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify identity cards, gate passes, visitor passes, and material movement documents.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the facility.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, trespassing, and unauthorized activities.
- Ensure proper locking and unlocking of premises as per schedule.
Surveillance & Monitoring
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain records of incidents, observations, and daily security logs.
Emergency Response
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, medical incidents, or security threats.
- Coordinate with emergency services, police, or fire authorities when required.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.
- Conduct bag checks and material checks as per company guidelines.
- Support implementation of health, safety, and emergency protocols.
Visitor & Employee Management
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Guide visitors and employees regarding security procedures.
- Handle employee and contractor movement records.
