It is in this direction that we have our flagship products Trinka and RAx that focus on making all these four stages easy and fast.< /p> < p> < strong> Role overview< /strong> < /p> < p> As an SDE-3 Fullstack, you will < strong> actively lead, setting top-class engineering examples, a team of young talented web developers< /strong> , and take major responsibility for end-to-end project development and delivery along with the Engineering Manager (EM), Principal Engineer (PE), other SDE-3 leads, and Technical Project Manager (TPM). You will also assist them with hiring and training the team. In essence, your usual day will be primarily coding 100% of the time.< /p> < p> < strong> The person that we are looking for< /strong> < /p> < p> We are seeking an SDE-3 Fullstack for product RAx with < strong> 5< /strong> < strong> + years of enterprise frontend-full-stack web experience< /strong> primarily working on the < strong> Tailwind< /strong> -< strong> VueJS-NodeJS-AWS (including serverless) stack< /strong> . What we would love to see in you:< /p> < ol> < li> Excellent research skills to frame technical solutions for complex business problems.< /li> < li> You have < strong> experience with unit and integration testing< /strong> . You believe in and encourage extensive test coverage and seek to automate testing whenever possible.< /li> < li> You will be responsible for < strong> designing and conducting a high-quality code-review process< /strong> and maintaining highly performant, testable code with following strong software design patterns.< /li> < li> You show remarkable foresight in designing optimized scalable solutions.< /li> < li> You enjoy breaking down complex problems into small tasks and PRs to deliver value safely and incrementally.< /li> < li> You will be < strong> actively reviewing approaches created by the tech team< /strong> and helping them to find the optimal solutions to the problems.< /li> < li> You take pride in estimating project efforts with reasonable accuracy and ensure healthy communication up to and down the chain of command.< /li> < li> You will work with the Solution Architect, Engineering Manager, TPM, and other senior developers to < strong> optimize, update, and maintain cloud infrastructure and associated costs< /strong> (AWS).< /li> < li> 9. You are very well acquainted with best practices around project deployment and educate the team about the same.< /li> < li> 10. You will be helping the TPM in the < strong> hiring process< /strong> by making sure that we have a great tech team that has: (a) a high level of curiosity, (b) resourcefulness, (c) solid expertise level, (d) high attention-to-details, (e) superb commitment and reliability, and (f) obsession for amazing user experience. < /li> < /ol> < p> < strong> Experience< /strong> < /p> < ol> < li> You have < strong> proven 2+ years of cost-efficient, robust, and highly scalable solution architecting experience< /strong> .< /li> < li> You have < strong> proven 5+ years of frontend-full-stack experience (Tailwind-VueJS-NodeJS< /strong> ).< /li> < li> You have extensively worked with backend technologies including < strong> relational (Postgres/MySQL) and document (MongoDB) databases, and CI/CD.< /strong> < /li> < li> You have strong experience working with < strong> AWS technologies< /strong> like Lambda functions, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.< /li> < li> You have a very strong < strong> 5< /strong> < strong> + years of experience< /strong> in < strong> HTML5, CSS3, CSS processors, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind preferable) < /strong> with < strong> CDN setup and optimization.< /strong> < /li> < li> You are a < strong> pixel-perfectionist< /strong> and love to create a formidable frontend team with that mental model.< /li> < li> You are a < strong> hardcore< /strong> < strong> product developer< /strong> and always want to go into the rationale of the design decisions being taken by the design team.< /li> < li> You know when to write highly optimized vs highly maintainable code.< /li> < li> You have very strong experience in the best practices around developer tooling and workflows.< /li> < li> You consider < strong> testing, monitoring, and observability first-order priorities< /strong> . < em> Until your code runs in production and returns the results and metrics you expect, you know your work isnt complete< /em> .< /li> < li> You have < strong> worked on high-impact projects< /strong> , and you see software engineering as a team sport and like collaborating with fellow engineers, product managers, and others to deliver customer value. You are energized by working in a highly collaborative environment at a user experience-obsessed startup.< /li> < li> You have very strong experience in profiling and impact analysis for code being written< /li> < li> You are a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) freak.< /li> < li> < strong> Added advantage< /strong> : You have experience working with Elasticsearch server cluster optimization and Apache Spark/Ray.< /li> < /ol>
